For qualified COVID-19 medical responders, follow these steps:

  • contact us after you've joined with your Member ID number and include documentation that tells us you're a medical worker fighting this crisis. For example: hospital badge, sending us a note using your work email, or whatever else you have on hand.

  • Upon approval, we'll issue free month credits to your account through the rest of 2020. 


Transparency around the process: you’ll need to pay the regular one month deposit when signing up (which is equal to your monthly premium, e.g. $5). The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel early, otherwise it’ll be used towards your last month of premium. 


You can cancel your policy anytime, instantly, and without penalty -- we'll refund you anything you may have prepaid. 


If you want to continue your policy beyond 2020, you don't have to change any settings; we'll notify you and start charging you to keep your policy active (i.e. starting in Jan 2021). Further communication will be sent upon your annual renewal time.
