Goodcover is now your insurance agent for your Lyndon Southern Insurance Company renters policy. We're taking over from MSI and are excited to help you with your upcoming renewal!
We've set up your account
You don't need to do anything to create an account - we've already made one for you at Goodcover. You can log in anytime using your email address at goodcover.com.
When will I receive my renewal documents?
We'll send you your renewal documents up to 60 days before your policy renewal date. Everything about your policy will stay the same.
Important: You'll need to update your payment information
Unfortunately, there's one thing we can't transfer over - your payment details. For legal reasons, we're not allowed to transfer payment account information between agents.
Here's what you need to do:
Log into your Member Dashboard and add your payment information. This ensures your policy renews without any interruption.
What if I forget to update my payment?
Don't worry - you'll have a 30-day grace period after your policy renews to add your payment information. However, if we don't receive payment within those 30 days, we'll be required to cancel your policy effective from the renewal start date.
What if I have moved, am moving, or don't want to renew?
No problem! You can let us know at any time that you don't want to renew, and we can cancel your renewal from its start and refund any charges. If you are moving, you can also use your Member Dashboard to move your policy to a new address seamlessly.
