When joining Goodcover, your first statement will include a Membership Deposit that is equal to your monthly premium quote for that month. We will apply this deposit towards your last monthly bill, or refund it to you if you cancel your policy before its end date. We ask for this deposit to make sure you never have a lapse in coverage if a monthly payment fails (e.g. expired credit card).
